Flux Terms of Service and License Agreement

Introduction
This document outlines the Terms of Service and License Agreement for Flux, a UI component library for Livewire applications. By using Flux, you agree to these terms. If you're entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
License Grant
Wireable LLC grants you an ongoing, non-exclusive license to use Flux components and templates based on your purchased license type.
Single Project License
This license grants permission to use Flux for a single project.
You can:

Use Flux to create one End Product.

Modify Flux components to create derivative components for use in the licensed project. These remain subject to this license.

Use Flux to create one End Product for a Client.

Use Flux to create an End Product that is sold to End Users.

Receive free updates forever for the licensed project.
You cannot:

Use Flux for multiple projects under a single license.

Use Flux to create End Products that allow an End User to build their own End Products using Flux components or derivatives.

Redistribute Flux components or derivatives separately from the End Product.

Share your access to Flux with any other individuals.

Use Flux to create and distribute a product that is primarily a UI component library for Livewire applications, or otherwise directly replicates the core functionality of Flux.

Use Flux in open source projects or make your End Product open source if it includes Flux components or derivatives.
Unlimited License
This license grants permission to use Flux for unlimited projects.
You can:

Use Flux to create unlimited End Products.
-
Modify Flux components to create derivative components for use in your projects. These remain subject to this license.

Use Flux to create unlimited End Products for unlimited Clients.

Use Flux to create End Products that are sold to End Users.

Receive free updates forever.
You cannot:

Use Flux to create End Products that allow an End User to build their own End Products using Flux components or derivatives.

Redistribute Flux components or derivatives separately from an End Product.

Share your access to Flux with any other individuals.

Team License
The Team License grants permission for unlimited developer seats within an organization to access and use Flux.
Key points of the Team License:

Number of Users: The license permits unlimited developer seats within the purchasing organization.

License Duration: The Team License includes unlimited updates with no time restriction.

Perpetual Use: You can continue to use and update Flux indefinitely under this license.

Eligible Users: This license covers all types of employees and contractors within the organization, including full-time, part-time, and freelance workers.

Seat Management: There is no need for seat management as the license covers unlimited users within the organization.
You can:

Use Flux to create unlimited End Products.
-
Modify Flux components to create derivative components. These remain subject to this license.

Use Flux to create unlimited End Products for unlimited Clients.

Use Flux to create End Products that are sold to End Users.

Share access to Flux among any number of users within your organization.
You cannot:

Use Flux to create End Products that allow an End User to build their own End Products using Flux components or derivatives.

Redistribute Flux components or derivatives separately from an End Product.

Share access with individuals or entities outside your organization.
Definitions

Licensee: The individual or entity who has purchased a Flux license.
-
Components: The source code and design assets provided by Flux.

End Product: Any artifact produced that incorporates Flux components or derivatives.

End User: A user of an End Product.
-
Client: An individual or entity receiving custom professional services directly from the Licensee.
Examples of Allowed Usage

Creating a personal or company website.
-
Building a web application for a client.
-
Developing a commercial SaaS application where end users pay to use the application.
-
Creating a self-hosted web application sold to end users for a one-time fee.
Examples of Prohibited Usage

Creating a public repository of Flux components or derivatives.
-
Developing a UI library based on Flux and making it available for sale or for free.
-
Converting Flux to another framework and distributing it.
-
Creating a "website builder" where end users can build sites using Flux components.
-
Developing themes or templates using Flux and distributing them separately.
-
Using Flux in any open source project or making an End Product that includes Flux components open source.
-
Distributing an End Product in a way that would allow third parties to access and use Flux components without purchasing a license.
Intellectual Property
Flux and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wireable LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Liability
Wireable LLC's liability to you for costs, damages, or other losses arising from your use of Flux — including third-party claims against you — is limited to a refund of your license fee. Wireable LLC may not be held liable for any consequential damages related to your use of Flux.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. If you're unsatisfied with Flux for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. To initiate a refund, please contact us at

Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Legal proceedings related to this Agreement may only be brought in the courts of the State of New York.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes.
